Rhodiola Relax is a potent combination of three adaptogenic herbs: Rhodiola, Withania and Gotu kola.
These herbs have been used in traditional Ayuvedic and Western herbal medicine to relieve fatigue, symptoms of stress, mild anxiety and promote physical endurance.

- Rhodiola rosea (Arctic root) extract dry concentrate 200mg equivalent to dry root 800mg
- Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to dry root 1.5g (1500mg)
- Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) extract dry concentrate 125mg equivalent to herb top 500mg
Dosage
- Adults: Best taken as 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch, or as professionally prescribed
No Added
- Gluten, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

- Not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding
