We Get It! Sometimes You Need to Cancel

Best-laid plans sometimes go astray.  You have booked in for a Colonic and need to cancel.  Here’s how.

At times we have last-minute cancellations and no-shows. This means we are out of costs and the therapists are out of pocket. This spot could have been for a client who has been waiting to get into the clinic.

It’s important that you realise our time is valuable, just as we know yours is, and things happen.

Cancellations are only allowed up to 24hrs in advance; otherwise, your payment/deposit will NOT be refunded to you. Reminders will be sent out to you before your booking. Please respond with a Y or N.

Deposits of 50% are asked for when booking in and 100% if new to the clinic. The remainder can be paid in cash, bank transfer or Debit/credit card when you’re in the clinic. $50 deposit is required for return treatments.

Please arrive 10 mins early if you are new to the clinic to fill out your new client intake forms. Take a seat out the front of the clinic and help yourself to herbal tea or our filtered water.

If booking a session pack and you only use some and decide you no longer want to use the rest, these sessions will not be refunded. Session packs will expire in 6 months. If you want to pass your remaining sessions on to a friend or someone else, please contact us, and we can arrange this for you.
