Scope of Services

Cindy’s Colonics provides:

  • Colon hydrotherapy

  • Functional hormone and gut health testing

  • Nutritional and supplement recommendations

  • In-person and telehealth consultations

Services are provided for educational and complementary health purposes only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide complete and accurate health information

  • Disclose all medications, supplements, and medical conditions

  • Follow recommendations as provided

Failure to disclose relevant information may impact safety and outcomes.

Payments

All consultations, testing, and services must be paid for in full prior to commencement.

Testing fees are payable before tests are ordered with laboratories.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cindy’s Colonics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from services provided.

Disclaimer & Scope of Practice

Cindy’s Colonics does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

All services, testing, and recommendations are:

  • Complementary and educational in nature

  • Not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment

  •  Intended to support general health and wellbeing

Clients are advised to consult their GP or medical specialist for any medical concerns, abnormal test results, or ongoing symptoms.

Results and outcomes vary between individuals and no guarantees are made.

Functional Testing Policy

Cindy’s Colonics offers functional hormone and gut health testing using Australian-based laboratories.

Testing Process

  • Clients order and pay for tests through Cindy’s Colonics

  • Tests are supplied, analysed, and reported by third-party laboratories

  • Cindy’s Colonics acts as an intermediary between the client and the laboratory

Interpretation of Results

Test results are interpreted in a functional and nutritional context only.

They are not used to diagnose disease.

Clients are encouraged to share results with their GP or healthcare provider, particularly where results fall outside reference ranges.

Responsibility

Cindy’s Colonics is not responsible for laboratory processing errors, delays, or sample handling issues beyond our control.

Supplement Recommendation Policy

Cindy’s Colonics may recommend nutritional and herbal supplements as part of a wellness support plan.

  • Supplements are not pharmaceutical medications

  • Individual responses vary

  • Recommendations are based on information provided by the client

Clients must disclose all medications and existing medical conditions prior to commencing supplements.

Cindy’s Colonics is not responsible for adverse effects arising from:

  • Failure to disclose relevant health information

  • Use of supplements contrary to recommendations

  • Self-adjustment of dosages

Telehealth Policy (Phone & Zoom)

Cindy’s Colonics offers consultations via telephone and/or video conferencing platforms, including Zoom.

Consent and Limitations

By participating in telehealth consultations, clients acknowledge:

  • No physical examination is performed

  • Advice is based solely on information provided

  • Telehealth has inherent limitations

Privacy and Technology

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring privacy at their location

  • Using secure devices and internet connections

Cindy’s Colonics is not liable for interruptions, technical failures, or privacy breaches beyond our control.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or non-attendance may be charged in full

Testing

  • Once tests are ordered with laboratories, lab fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind after submission

Packages

  • Packages are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law

  • Unused services may expire as stated at time of purchase

Products

All purchases of products purchased from Cindy’s Colonics website are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
